Instead, most of us will have to lead and work in a hybrid environment! But how can we forge cohesive teams in these conditions? How can leaders build and sense the necessary trust – and help team members do the same? How can we foster creativity? How do we coordinate?

We want to be level with you: thanks to the chaos wreaked by the pandemic there currently isn’t as much generalisable and robust data on what does and doesn’t work in hybrid leadership as we would like. So “best practices” are – for the time being – necessarily “good practices” or “reasonable practices”.

Felix has spent his entire academic career abroad before returning to his native Germany. Nach ihrem Psychologiestudium arbeitete sie in einem internationalen Medienkonzern im Talentmanagement und Führungskräfte-Coaching und gewann dabei Einblicke in Unternehmensstrukturen und die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung. Während ihrer Zeit in der Unternehmensberatung verfeinerte sie ihren Geschäftssinn und ihre Coaching-Fähigkeiten und entdeckte ihre Leidenschaft für Produktentwicklung und Venture Building.
Zuletzt war sie Gründungsmitglied und Head of Research & Development bei einem der führenden EDTech-Startups in Europa, wo sie für die Bereiche Produktinnovation, Learning Experience, Pre-Sales Consulting und Produktmarketing verantwortlich war. Bei crispycoaching trainiert und coacht Svenja Haus Führungskräfte, um mit Hilfe von Coaching-Tools ihre Perspektive zu erweitern und dadurch einen authentischen und positiven Führungsstil zu erreichen.
